Concert Honoring Jewish Music Composer Yossi Green
Wednesday night, May 13th 2015. there was a very special concert in the big culture center in Tel Aviv. a concert in appreciation for one of the greatest composers of our generation Yossi Green. Some of the greatest singers came to perform alongside the symphony orchestra of Israel and the Choir of Chazzanim 'Yuval', conducted by Dr. Mordechai Sobol, and they sang some of the greatest classics of Green throughout his career. Amongst some of the stars there were Dudu Fisher, Ohad, Avremi Roth, Yanky Lemmer, and Itzik Dadya.

Cheetah Fail
Cheetahs are known for speed, accuracy and grace but this agile predator humiliated itself after falling into a Jeep full of tourists. The curious cat was playing with seven other cheetahs in the Maasai Mara, Kenya, much to the delight of some watching safari-goers. Amir Ahmed, a 69-year-old airline pilot from Dubai, filmed the cheetah prowling on the roof of the Land Rover. But the elegant cat suddenly lost its footing and fell into the jeep.

Terrorist Taken Out After Running Down 2 Police Officers
Two Israeli policewomen were injured in east Jerusalem on Wednesday when they were hit by a car driven by a Palestinian who was then shot dead, police said. It was the latest in a string of lone-wolf attacks by Palestinians using cars to ram pedestrians or police, a trend which began in Jerusalem in October but has also spread to the West Bank. The incident took place in A-Tur on the Mount of Olives, with police spokeswoman Luba Samri saying the driver veered off the road and struck two border police officers, both of them female. The two policewomen were moderately injured and taken to different hospitals in the city, she said.

Student Refuses to Deliver Grad. Speech on Shabbos
Binghamton University graduating senior Don Greenberg, was looking forward to addressing his fellow students as a commencement speaker at Binghamton University's engineering school when his friend broke the bad news: May 16, graduation day, falls on a Saturday. A triple major from Teaneck, N.J., with a 3.93 GPA, Greenberg is an Orthodox Jew who observes the Shabbos. But when 2,500 students and their families gathered on the upstate New York campus for the Watson School of Engineering graduation last Saturday, the twenty two year old was there at the podium, but did not speak. Instead, on jumbo screens on either side of the stage, he watched himself deliver the graduation address he taped in the university's video studio three days earlier.
